Cool climate Sauvignon Blanc grapes were harvested at sunrise and captures intense aromas of lime zest, kumquat and brings fig & fig leaves to the forefront. This complex flinty, mineral wine has layers of tropical flavours. The well balanced acidity creates a pleasant mouth feel and well structured finish.
